I have collected a number of bug fixes to the Flash 1.9 program. The attached patch corrects these issues. One problem that was fixed was incorrect conversion of Thunder-days to GFD when using English units. Since in my experience GFD is always given in flashes/km^2/year, I removed the conversion of this variable so the input data file should always express GFD in flashes/km^2/year. This does not match the text of the spreadsheet, which I did not do anything with.
