#9 Logging the GOOSE messages

Dear Pavel,

I am sorry for my late appearance. I was busy with FAT for one of the project.

Now I am finished with it, so I can spare some time testing IEDexplorer.

The feature which I was thinking can be interesting to have would be "Logging the GOOSE messages".

The GOOSE messages will be timestaped my IED explorer at the time when they change and logged. It will be very helpful to trouble shoot time critical automation or tripping events with the functionlity.
