I'd like to see a way to delay connecting to the IRC server until the stream is started. The reason is that I will start IDJC sometimes days before my show to start building my playlist, or sometimes just to test. And I don't want the stations IRC to see me logging in and out while I do that.

I have added manual starting as an option on a per server basis.

Starting on connection breaks the "On Stream Up" feature since the stream will be up before the IRC connection gets the server welcome message. Maybe I should add a dialog to warn about unstarted IRCs so the user can swtich them on themself that way they can decide which ones should be on. That can be added to the File menu too.
