#1 Import playlist (m3u / pls) file

Currently, to set up a playlist with multiple tracks from different folders, it's necessary to pick each track individually.

It would be useful and a real time-saver if idjc could be fed a text file containing a list of media files to import into its play lists.

This way play lists could be generated, either "by hand" or by exporting from other media players and then loaded into idjc.

For example, I could get a tag parser to search for all tracks with "live" in the comment tag.
