The Library of Network-Based Cellular Signatures (LINCS) Program aims to create a network-based understanding of biology by cataloging changes in gene expression and other cellular processes that occur when cells are exposed to a variety of perturbing agents. The data is organized and available as datasets. Each dataset incudes experimental data, the corresponding metadata and ReadMe file that describes the dataset and the assay. The dataset group comprises of the datasets that come from the same experiment but have different data level results (data processed to the different level).
