Hi Megan At which point does it become unresponsive? Is it when you click the 'Save' button on the 'Add new patient' screen? In the iDART installation folder there should be a file called 'error.log'. If it not empty please could you attach it to your email as it will help us diagnose the problem. Regarding the reports, what kind of customizations would you like to do?
