#72 Patch for lcc-win32 C compiler

The id3lib (win32 binaries package + C headers from
source package) requires a patch when used (linking
static) with the lcc-win32 C compiler, otherwise the
compiler throws up and won't compile the code.
Attached is a ZIP file containing a patched .lib file,
a patched .h header file and a README detailing what
changes were made.
Queries about the patch should be addressed to the
email within the README or in this thread.
