#42 Compile static library in Borland C++ Builder 5.0 (1)

The defines "_RWSTD_COMPILE_INSTANTIATE"
and "_RWSTD_MULTI_THREAD" need to be added to the
project file for this to compile in C++ Builder 5.0.

Find attached the "id3lib.bpr" and "id3lib.bpf" files. I will
submit a second patch with the .bpf file.

Note that I have "Release" and "output" directories in
the "libprj" directories. You will have to add these to
compile the library using the attached files.

Both files must go in the "libprj" directory.
