#4 unicode filenames?

I'm using id3lib (the C wrapper version) in a windows
environment and it's nice that it supports unicode
tags, however afaik it doesn't support unicode
_filenames_, at least not with the Link method.
Is there an easy workaround to load files with unicode
characters?
