#179 id3v2 tag longer than 30 chars is truncated

Hello,

I have the problem stated above. I'm using id3lib-3.8.3-15.fc6. For the file with the header printed below, I always get for the song title (TIT2) only the first 30 chars 'Lache, wenn es nicht zum Weine'.

Seems to be a bug in id3lib. Using the perl module MP3::Info, which doesn't use id3lib gives the correct result.
