#169 OSX powerPc only: iTunes created mp3 info not readable

The id3lib example id3info (and the library it calls)
fails to read the "mp3 info" on files encoded by iTunes
when id3info is run under OS X on a PowerPC. The very
same files when transferred to a x86 Linux or
XP-windows machine can be read correctly by id3info run
on those machines. In addition files encoded by iTunes
on an XP-windows machine and transferred to a PowerPC
OS X machine have this problem.
