Proposal: UNUM_PATTERN

This proposal is to rename UNUM_IGNORE to UNUM_PATTERN.

Background: The selector UNUM_IGNORE is used in unum_open() to indicate 
that the pattern should be used.  The new selector UNUM_PATTERN has the 
same function and the same value.  UNUM_IGNORE will be retained for 
backward compatibility.
