Hi. I'm trying to use "pkgdata" to create .dat file from several .res files on Solaris 8 system. The .res files were created using "genres". What I did was the following: pkgdata -p sample -O /ICU2.1/dist/usr/local/lib/icu/2.1/Makefile.inc -M dat list.txt In list.txt, I have a list of .res files such as "root.res, ja.res, fr.res, en.res" I was hoping to create "sample.dat" When I run this command, I get a warning saying that it could not create sample_common.mak. Then error message saying that it's trying to open sample_common.mak but failed. In the directory where I execute this common, I have a read, write, and execute permission. Could someone tell me how I can successfully create .dat file? Your help is greatly appreciated. Regards, Yuriko |
