Thanks for the prompt response, George.
Yes, ICU3.6 uses CLDR 1.4 as mentioned in the release page.
CLDR1.4 has the new values for "draft" attribute, "approved,"=20
"provisional," and "unconfirmed."
I originally asked whether "provisional" data is used in ICU3.6, and Ram=20
informed us that ICU's general rule is not to use the data with "draft"=20
tag with the small number of exceptions.
Just to list a couple of specific example:
tr.xml :
<percentFormats>
....
<pattern draft=3D"provisional">% #,##0</pattern>
....
</percentFormats>
sr_Cryl.xml:
<eraNames>
<era type=3D"0" draft=3D"provisional">????? ???? ???</era>
<era type=3D"1" draft=3D"provisional">???? ???</era>
