[icu-support] Line break, word break, locale and script

Hello,

What is the best way to find word and line breaks in a multiscript text?
The text can be separated to the single locale runs, and further (if
locale does not have the script info) it can be separated into the same
script runs. At which step it is better to use line and word break
iterators?
