Here is the compiled version!

I fix some spelling mistake,
The loading form is still in Chinese(TaiWan).
Some label covers some control.
And some btn and linklabel can't dispaly all text(The Chinese word is more higher)
We use "MS yahei" font in Windows 7/Vista, And "Song ti" font in Windows XP or lower Version.
Forget the file...

I'm sorry I was away last week and had to catch up on study.
Here is the updated compiled version. I can't check the layout on my computer as I can't display chinese fonts. Please tell me which labels need to be resized.
Also notice that layout changes won't apply to the current release. A new version must be released with the changes
