I love your software! I have a HP Printer and a HP Scanner and I love the fact that your intellectual contribution helps me use both to save money. First of all, Thank you for this! Its truly a gift and I'm grateful.
Now, getting to my query. I dont want to dedicate a whole laptop / computer just to use my printer + scanner as a photocopier. So I thought, would it be possible for you to release ICopy for use with the Raspberry Pi 3 - Windows 10 IOT which requires an app in the 'Windows Universal App' format made through the Visual Studio 2015.
If you could do this release, i.e., an app of Icopy that works with the windows 10 IOT on the raspberry pi 3 (most of us are poor non technical noobs), it would become MUCH more convenient for those of us who keep their laptops mobile. If you dont have the time, perhaps you could guide us whether icopy can be converted to win 10 iot universal app or not.
Also, as an afterthought, it would be even easier if you thought of an Icopy for android!

thank you very much for your appreciation of iCopy. I'm sorry but I'm not very competent about Windows 10 IoT, so I'm not sure whether it is straightforward to build it for it. The essential ingredient that icopy is based on is the WIA (Windows Image Acquisition) library, which is an interface between the scanner driver and imaging software. So, if WinIoT supports this library then it might be possible to do what you ask. Do you think you can check this out?
As for iCopy for Android, I honestly have never thought about it, but of course it would need to be written from scratch, so I don't think this is going to happen because I have very limited time to spend on the project ATM.
