#338 icopy not detecting scanner
Downloaded and installed icopy today, I have two scanners I want to try it on. A cannon canoscan LiDE120 flatbead scanner and an Acer 640BT flatbed scanner.
The Acer scanner is not detected at all 'no scanner found' The Canon generates an 'unknown internal error'. Does this software work at all?

you need definitly WIA-Drivers for your scanners.
Canon doesn't provide them for thei scanners.
If Acer does?? Don't know.
Got the same problem wiht my LiDE60 which is not regognized be Icopy.
The scanner and its driver need to be WIA compatible to be detected by iCopy (which is calling WIA API function in order to get the scanner list). As for the internal error, please attach a log file as explained in the FAQ.
