#328 Icopy reduces the size of the printed image by 15%
. I open the program > select the preview box > and hit the scan button.. A new screen opens and I hit the preview button. The preview screen opens ant marque surronds the image. I hit the scan button and the process page opens. I click the process button and the printer prints an image thats 15% smaller then the original. Why?
Windows 10 64 bit.
Epson perfection V550 scanner.
Brother HL-3170CDW printer.
Icopy ver 1.6.3.32.
Can someone help me solve this problem?
