#8 Improper file extension handling

Apparently, there's some PHP back-end for some web comics that
causes the file extension handling to fail when downloading
images. To date, I've noticed this with http://www.machall.com
and http://www.reallifecomics.com. The comic img src ends up
looking as such:

src='/index.php?
do_command=show_strip&strip_id=316&auth=01101-10010-01010
-10101-11111'

The filename is correctly set to the date of the strip, but the file
extension is picked up as "php?
do_command=show_strip&strip_id=316&auth=01101-10010-01010
-10101-11111".
