There is a small bug in shachar, in the quotient.plot function. The function was supposed to do sampling with replacement when confidence intervals were expected, but instead does sampling without replacement. A solution to allow for choice of sampling method will be provided in short. Also a general revision of SPQ methodology is being performed.

This release fixes a bug in iterative.tradmort, that prevent the use of weights. The output is yet to be improved, as weights are not saved in the correct format in the GLM object. Also, mortality is presented as positive, as in prepare.for.ageing (package egg)

Thanks to Simon Wood, the first public version of the package egg is made available within the ichthyoanalysis project. egg is the package responsible for fitting multinomial models to incubation data (Ibaibarriaga et al. 2007a, Bernal et al. accepted) and provides functions for GAM-based DEPM
