Though my application has the ignoreQuickSwitch flag
set in the winoptions file, it appears in the
quickswitch when I've just clicked on the "show
desktop" button in the taskbar before. As soon as I
switch to another application window, it disappears
from the quickswitch and everything is in order again !

Here are the complete winoptions for that application :

reserve_pixels.Reserve_pixels.allWorkspaces: 1
reserve_pixels.Reserve_pixels.dBorder: 0
reserve_pixels.Reserve_pixels.dClose: 0
reserve_pixels.Reserve_pixels.dDepth: 0
reserve_pixels.Reserve_pixels.dHide: 0

reserve_pixels.Reserve_pixels.dRollup: 0
reserve_pixels.Reserve_pixels.dSysMenu: 0

Currently focused application is always shown.

    This might be worth reconsidering.

Thanks for the answer. I just wonder why that application is
focused, since I've got in my winoptions file :
    reserve_pixels.Reserve_pixels.doNotFocus: 1

please test this with 1.2.28, especially the doNotFocus
