#922 Empty window after startup cannot be closed and prevents restart or shutdwon of IceWM
After IceWM startup I often a black window appears which cannot be closed and prevents IceWM from shutdown or restart. The only way to remove it seems to be by xkill the IceWM taskbar.
There is no workaround. The problems seems to exist since many years and is very anoying.
I would highly appreciate a fix.
This may be a very old bug. Did you try a recent icewm?
Also post the output of running xprop on the black window.
