#908 When xv is called from icewm, icewm consumes 100 % CPU

I compiled IceWM 1.3.7 on 32 bit Slackware 14, 2 cores CPU.

When I start xv, X server takes 100 % of CPU, IceWM 25 % more and xv another 25 %. I use RaiseOnFocus and this feature becomes not reliable while xv is running.

After xv is closed, everything goes back to normal.

When xv called from other wm (mwm), no troubles observed.
