#598 xterm window maximizing problem

Hello,
I have a problem when maximizing xterm and
gnome-terminal windows. The windows won't occupy the
whole area above the taskbar. There is always a small
gap(about 5 pixel) between the bottom of the window and
the taskbar.

this is a feature (requested by app). The window size is
rounded down depending on the font size used in the window.
