Hello, I'm a researcher working at the University of Groningen. At the moment I am trying to analyze some resting state data and I'm struggling to understand how I should set the sorting matrix for a multiple regression. The question is that I have 18 subjects, 2 sessions per subject one with rTMS and one without. I was wondering if there is a way to sort the components by how much they are correlated with the time course of the stimulation target point, but not on a group level as TMS has different effects on the BOLD signal in different subjects. I thought of using a temporal multiple regression, but I got stuck at setting the SPM design matrix which would contain my individual time-courses (actually the first eigen vector for the whole target point roi, but still a n(volumes) x 1 vector)Which images need to be loaded in the SPM.nscan? How does the design matrix look like? If you can just point me at a publication that would be already great. Best regards Nikola Valchev |
