[icap-server] Meeting trouble when starting "start_icap.py".

Hi, pals! 

I meet such trouble when running the command, 
"./start_icap.py", such are the error messages 
from stdout,

/usr/lib/python2.2/FCNTL.py:7:

/usr/lib/python2.2/regsub.py:15:

After the above messages, the script display the following 
messages,

Is that a real trouble? How to resolve the trouble?
