The CHAIR ATTENDEE is the chairman/leader of the meeting.
It is often, but by no means always, the same person as the ORGANIZOR.
What you often see for example is that the CHAIR is like bossperson A and the ORGANIZOR is seceratary person B.
This way all the iCalendar mails end up with the seceratary but it is clear that he/she is not the chair for the meeting.
