Cyan colored background in particle diagnostic plots. Seen in rounds 5 and 7 of simulation as shown in screen shot. Closing the particle diagnostic window and opening again with same parameters removes problem (background white again).

Possible causes: Uninitialized memory.

This happened because of rounding errors in palette. Is fixed now.
