If you use CVS pay attention that there are branches. Released IBPP 2.2 
is in a distinct branch. As well as there branches for past branches. 
Maybe the easiest is to do it based on the ibpp-2-2-2 achive from 
sourceforge.

It will be the easiest for me to merge then with my local 2.2 version 
(not yet committed) and with my current HEAD branch which is a bit 
different than the committed head branch.
