#2 Provider error '80004005' when I open the recordset

I have this error when I open the recordset:

ATTEMPTS:
We have tried to isolate the application in all the IIS
levels. The error is produced only after some minute of
navigation, not always and not always on the same code
line.

I enclose the file which causes the errore!
