utils/makefile-beam contains a file marked "IBM Confidential", which looks like it should be removed because the project is marked BSD-3-Clause.

This was present in ibmtss713, and seems already gone in the newest version 913. Sorry for the noise.

  No problem. The file was included by accident (it's for an IBM static analysis tool), but it was not in fact Confidential anyway.
