IBC file only has one column, too many lines

One of my colleagues was running IBDLD on my NI dataset and wanted the IBC (inbreeding coefficient) file output. He discovered two issues:
1. The file only output a single column of numbers
2. There were two more lines in the IBC file than there were individuals
The attached patch fixes the first of these issues. Presumably some lines had been copy-pasted from a few lines further up in the code, but variables had not been changed (CommonInformTreat.cpp, about line 889). The patch changes the stream variable names so that the first four IBC columns are actually written to the IBC output file.
Patch to fix IBC output file error
I tracked down the source of issue 2, there was a blank line at the bottom of the study.sample file. After removing that and patching CommonInformTreat.cpp as above IBDLD is outputting the .ibc files of the expected dimensions.
These things have been revised in IBDLDv3.004.3, Thanks, David
