When I perform database creation in IBConsole and
specify national charset (WIN1251 for example)
IBConsole correctly create database (with valid
default charset), but don't set specified charset for
alias. Thus "can't transliterate" error occurs during
database populating.
This problem disappear after following steps:
- disconnect and unregister database after creation;
- register database and specify correct charset.
I use IBConsole version 1.0.0.334 under Win2K Pro.
