How can I use IVR "from Asterisk" when receiving faxes and include values further on?
RECV CALL REQUEST EXTENSION # OF USER (DTMF) RECV FAX USE ABOVE EXTENSION # TO FWD FAX TO CORRESPONDING USER.
Pass the extension number through to IAXmodem as the DID:
Dial(IAX2/iaxmodem/${EXTEN})
Then in HylaFAX use $CALLID4 in FaxDispatch.
