[Iaxclient-devel] What is the call to init iaxclient without having it change the input port?

As I understand it, I can't ask iaxclient what the input device is until I 
initialize, and when I initialize, it changes the windows setting from 
line-in to mic so its too late.

I've said before that changing the windows user's preference is a broken 
methodology; surely there is some initialization call I can make to tell 
it to leave my current settings alone, yes?   Do I really have to go in 
and reconfigure it each time I initialize?
