[Iaxclient-devel] iaxClient/iaxComm/iaxRpt Development Set Up

I'm spending this nice Spring afternoon trying to install a working
development system on WinXP/Cygwin/Mingw to update the iaxRpt Amateur
Radio variant of iaxComm using the latest versions of iaxClient and
wxWidgets.

Can anyone please point me to the latest tutorials and how-to's with
good advice to do this? I looked at some recommendations scattered about
the mailing list from late last year and have yet to get even iaxclient
let alone iaxcomm to build.

Of course if there is a good way to do this on Linux and cross-compile
for Win32 that would be fine with me.
