Corrected an error in datechange.pl. Perl scripts to parse, and edit, IRC logs are now working.

Modification to randhistgen.pl.

I forgot a history file and added a comment to randhistgen.pl. MD5sum has been updated on the homepage.

This has a few more changes included in this one. Next version I hope to have a work around in place for patching.

The webpage has been updated.

A file magically appeared in 0.1 so I removed it and release 0.2.

ian-0.1 is now available for download. It has been tested on Redhat 7.0.
