#36 ci: execute Room migration tests on emulator

Summary

• configure a focused GitHub Actions emulator job for AppDatabaseMigrationInstrumentedTest
• commit Room schemas for supported versions 4, 5, and 6 and document schema provenance
• add/retain JVM migration guards, instrumentation migration tests, validation docs, and claim-safe matrix wording

Local validation

• The focused local connected instrumentation command is still blocked on this workstation by no connected device/emulator.
• Matrix migration execution entries stay AUTOMATED_PARTIAL until this PR's emulator job passes.
