#98 Keep Name Suggestion Unchanged When Selecting "None" as Work
When I'm creating a new argument/stance sometimes I will type the name of the argument then realize that I need to change the "Work" to "None" instead of "New." This will undo the argument name I've typed and reset the name suggestions to default. That's a little annoying because the default name suggestions for "None" are the same as the ones that were there originally, so I don't need to see those again. I only want the automatic name suggestions to change if I select an existing work for the argument.
Good point. In the next version, if you have manually changed one of the suggestions, and change the Work setting, what you have typed won't get overwritten. Then if you blank out the field, and change the Work setting, you can get the automatic suggestion again.

Also fixed a bug where it wasn't properly generating suggestions for a work where every author is an editor a translator.
