I think this visualization software is phenomenal! I stumbled across HyperGraph by accident. I am looking for some kind of plug-in, ideally to use in WordPress since I am a rank amateur with coding and html. I would like to use a visualization plug-in like what you have made here as a sophisticated form of tag cloud. Ideally it might be structured so that a certain node representing a tag is linked to the 3-5 other nodes/tags which are associated with it the most in blog posts. Do you have such a plug-in, or know anyone who has made something like this? I am still quite a while away from being comfortable doing any but the most basic html stuff. It's currently not supported and I don't think, it makes sense. See http://beauty-of-code.de/2009/06/cumulus-plugin-for-wordpress/ for an alternative.
