#4 First running error

Hello Michele,

I've installed windows version of Hypalex 2.5.9 without any problem but when i start it, an error occured :
"See the logfile ... for details"

In the related log file i have :

My default language is French so is-it a character conversion error - conversion in UTF8 ?

(sorry for late reply. I haven't receive the notification email...)

What are your computer name? Has a not-ascii char inside?

Hi,

Actually, my windows user and registered user contain accented characters.

How to resolve this problem ? Does i create a user with non accent name to run hylapex ?
