Please consider move to unicode win32 version to enable use of localized chars in cover pages, etc.

(Hi and sorry for late reply. I haven't receive the notification email...)
I have already the unicode version of the library that has it, but it's not so simple to use the unicode standard... And another think it's that ftp library communication (that are the method that I have to talk to the hylafax daemon) support only ascii, so unless I change it (or wait for python 3 and all the other library to support it), the only solution it's to not use it.
