All,

I just posted on my website a journal entry for the work I've done so far.  
(You couldn't have guessed I was actively working on my album, could 
you?  :)  )  Anyway, part of the entry (quoted below) basically amounts to a 
Hydrogen testimonial I wanted to call your attention to, so you can repost it 
if you want, like on the Hydrogen website, or link to it, or whatever.  I'm 
probably going to wind up with more later, but here it is:

All in all I'm very happy with my progress. I guarantee that if I were still 
using Trommler I wouldn't be nearly as advanced as I am on the drum tracks. I 
have Hydrogen to thank for it, and those guys have just made my thank-you 
list. It's really a sweet program, even without tempo changes. You can layer 
patterns, and I took full advantage of that in THC and at least one or two 
other songs. So you can have, say, a bass drum pattern and a separate snare 
drum pattern and layer them. In a few places I did that and then to change 
the feel I changed only the bass drum track. You'll see what I mean when I 
post all of this stuff. But seriously, Hydrogen deserves all the credit for 
the fact that I've put together 6 drum tracks in the last 24 hours. That's 
really amazing progress, and it's entirely due to the thoughtful user 
interface and genuine capabilities of the program. There's a lot to be said 
for using the right tool for the job, and when it comes to drum tracks, 
Hydrogen is it.

So, yeah, the license for the content of my site is a Creative Commons that 
requires attribution and prohibits unauthorized *commercial* use, but for you 
guys I can drop the "commercial" part for this in case you ever need/want it.  
Just credit for the testimonial's all I want, if you use it for anything.  :)
