[Hydrogen-devel] metronome and tempo changes

Hey all!

I have two notes on the metronome and tempo changes.

1. I think the metronome on/off switch should be there in the top panel of the 
pattern editor. People would usually want to switch it on/off pretty often, 
so going to preferences every time is quite complicated. The metronome level 
setting would of course be left in preferences.

2. Currently, tempo changes are not smooth. H2 makes a kind of a jump and then 
changes the tempo. Would it be possible to make it increase/decrease tempo 
smoothly? I know it all has to do with the audio engine which renders stuff 
on the fly...
