I expect asking about using hydrogen would be acceptable at
https://music.stackexchange.com - a new tag should be started, maybe
hydrogen-drums to be program specific. There are already tags for midi,
midi-controller-drums and samples.

https://musicfans.stackexchange.com might accept asking for feedback on
songs.
