Hi,

the steps are

git clone gi...@gi...:francismaria/hydrogen.git
git remote add upstream gi...@gi...:hydrogen-music/hydrogen.git
git pull upstream
git push origin (assuming that's the branch name of gi...@gi...:francismaria/hydrogen.git)
