Hi all, and specially translators.

I want to let everyone know that, as of now, Hydrogen is available
in Portuguese from Brazil thanks to Heitor who have been working
on it on the last days.

This means that for 1.0.0 we'll have 2 brand news translations
for Ukrainian and Portuguese from Brazil. Well done!
