We can see that a few languages are above 70% (de, it, es, ja, ru, gl, 
sr, uk) which would benefit greatly from someone taking care of those.

There are also a bunch of languages which would be thankful to a hero 
who will take those over and drive those to a state where they could be 
useful for non-English speaker : cs, ca, nl, pl, hr, el.

If you possibly are a translator but you don't know how to do so, do not 
hesitate to ask me and I'll be happt to help you to get started with the 
translation workflow.
