You're welcome :-) I started with the timing issue: https://github.com/hydrogen-music/hydrogen/issues/535 I already have a provisional fix for this which passes the pulse test described earlier (using LinuxSampler connected to Hydrogen via Jack MIDI gives a delay of exactly one jack period compared to using Hydrogen's internal sampler), but this needs extensive testing.
